Sometimes that’s purely business – your pricing structure, your delivery model, your positioning or where you have become a bottleneck.  But more often, it’s in you – confidence, avoidance, risk tolerance, patterns you’ve normalised, it’s what’s happening in your life that you haven’t connected to business decisions yet.

I figure out which one it is, and we work on that.
